Our staff is passionate about creating a supportive and engaging environment, and we can’t wait for the action to begin! But first, meet the cast and crew behind the scenes: our amazing Upper School team, who will be guiding, encouraging, and cheering on your child every step of the way.

At ClearWater Academy, we believe that strong and consistent communication between school and home is key to a successful school year. Our Upper School team is committed to supporting each student’s individual needs, and we encourage you to reach out to any of our team members with questions or concerns specific to your child.
Throughout the year, you will receive communication in a few different ways. Each weekend, you’ll receive a Weekend Wave email from a member of our administrative team. This message will include upcoming events, reminders, and important updates. You will also receive a weekly email from your child’s homeroom teacher with classroom-specific information and highlights from the week.
In addition to weekly updates, you’ll also see daily communication through your child’s Daily Communication Journal (DCJ). Depending on your child’s needs, the DCJ may come home in the form of a handwritten composition notebook or an email prepared by your child. We encourage you to begin by asking your child any questions you may have about what’s written in the journal and then follow up with their homeroom teacher if you need additional information or clarification.
We also use the Remind App to share quick updates and reminders. Information about how to join was included in the Meet the Teacher packet you received. There are two groups to join: one for Upper School and one for Whole School communication. Please be sure you are signed up for both to stay fully informed.
